Robert Aneyci Obituary

Robert (Bob) Joseph Aneyci, 85, of Blue Ridge Drive in Charlestown, RI, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, February 5th, in the loving company of his children. He was married for 50 years to Nancy Marie Aneyci née Skelly, who passed away in 2016.

He is survived by his four children: Sarah, Robert, Marc and David and his five grandchildren: Leo, Aram, Circe, Gianna and Stella. Bob was born in Providence on January 23, 1939, to the late Edward and Jane (née Owens) Aneyci.

A graduate of both Providence College and Assumption College, Bob was a veteran of the Army National Guard and was employed as a vocational rehabilitation counselor by the State of Rhode Island for 30 years. Bob moved to Charlestown in 2004 and was an active presence in volunteer community services and loved reading, sports and the companionship of his dogs. Above all, Bob was a constant support for his children throughout their lives and for that he will always be loved and remembered.

Funeral services will be held privately under the direction of Rushlow-Iacoi Funeral Home & Crematory, 64 Friendship Street, Westerly, RI.
