He could often be found meticulously tending to his yard, flower gardens and the giant pumpkins he grew. David devoted much of the last few years to caring for his wife and was happiest when surrounded by friends and family, especially his grandchildren. Family gatherings with laughter, good food and drinks by the pool was one of Dave’s simple but most regarded pleasures. He will always be remembered for his kindhearted nature, generosity, and infectious laugh.
