George E. Randeau

George E. Randeau, 76, of Randeau Passage, Westerly, passed away on Monday morning, September 16, 2024 at his home with his family by his side. He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Diane M. Randeau Stott and David Stott of Pawcatuck, his brother, Michael J. Randeau of Westerly, and many nieces and nephews.

Mr. Randeau was born in Westerly on December 18, 1947, the son of the late Edward J. and Theresa M. (LoPriore) Randeau. George honorably served our country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He studied at RI Radio Electronics. George Started out as a linesman and later became a supervisor at Cox Communications, finishing his career as a communications engineer. George will be missed by his beloved dog Sundance and all that knew him.

George was known for his kindness and wanting to help people.

Funeral services will be private and are under the direction of Rushlow-Iacoi Funeral Home & Crematory, 64 Friendship Street, Westerly.
