Michael A. Strunk

Michael A. Strunk, 67, of Tower Street, Westerly, passed away peacefully on Wednesday evening, November 22, 2023 at Royal Westerly Nursing Home. Michael will now finally be reunited with his wife and parents. He was pre-deceased by his wife, Accenda “Cindy” L. (Cougill) Strunk. He is survived by his brother, Gregg E. Strunk of Richmond, IN, his sister, Sharon Strunk of IN, his step-son, Melvin Caplinger of Westerly and his step-daughter, Jessilyn Pratt and many nieces, nephews and family friends who will miss him dearly.

Mr. Strunk was born in Richmond, IN on November 1, 1956, the son of the late James and Dena (Hillard) Strunk. He was a machinist for many years at Seacon Phoenix. There were two things that Michael loved more than anything, fishing and his wife.

Funeral services will be private and are under the direction of Rushlow-Iacoi Funeral Home & Crematory, 64 Friendship Street, Westerly.
